Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Test Myself AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About Test Myself AI

Test Myself AI is an AI-powered learning and quiz platform that helps users generate practice tests, quizzes, and study materials across different subjects and difficulty levels. The app is designed to support learning, self-assessment, exam preparation, and educational practice.

2. Eligibility

Test Myself AI is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. By using the app, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact us promptly.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Test Myself AI uses artificial intelligence to generate quizzes, tests, questions, answers, explanations, grading feedback, and educational content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, outdated material, or incorrect answers.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated educational content before relying on it for academic, professional, certification, or testing purposes. Test Myself AI does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any specific educational purpose.

5. No Educational or Professional Guarantee

Test Myself AI is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The app does not guarantee academic success, certification results, exam scores, job placement, or professional outcomes.

The app is not a substitute for accredited education, professional instruction, tutoring, or official study materials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Test Myself AI only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the app or the rights of others. You may not:

You retain ownership of the prompts, test names, study materials, support requests, and other content you submit to Test Myself AI.

By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate, improve, personalize, and secure the service.

8. Plans, Trials, and Usage Limits

Test Myself AI may offer free and paid plans, including limited trial access and subscription-based access. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan.

Current limits, features, and restrictions may change over time based on app updates, abuse prevention, technical limitations, or subscription changes.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, limits, trial periods, and feature availability at any time where permitted by law.

9. Pro Subscription and Billing

Test Myself AI offers subscription-based premium access through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription pricing may vary by region, currency, taxes, promotions, App Store pricing adjustments, or future pricing changes.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge the subscription fees shown at the time of purchase. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled directly by Apple through your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period according to Apple’s subscription policies.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

10. RevenueCat and Subscription Access

Test Myself AI may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and premium access. Subscription access may depend on information received from Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and related billing systems.

If subscription verification fails or cannot be completed, premium access may be delayed, restricted, or unavailable until verification is restored.

11. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. Test Myself AI does not directly process Apple payment refunds.

To request a refund, you must use Apple’s official refund process or your Apple account settings.

12. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that Test Myself AI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Access may be affected by maintenance, outages, AI provider limitations, third-party failures, device limitations, or network conditions.

13. App Changes and Updates

We may update, improve, limit, remove, or modify any part of the app at any time with or without notice. This includes AI features, subscriptions, usage limits, supported devices, grading systems, and educational tools.

14. Data Privacy

Your use of Test Myself AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, stored, and processed as described there.

15. Third-Party Services

Test Myself AI may rely on third-party services including cloud hosting providers, authentication systems, AI providers, analytics tools, payment processors, subscription platforms, and app marketplaces.

We are not responsible for the availability, actions, policies, content, or reliability of third-party services.

16. Intellectual Property

Test Myself AI, including its branding, design, software, graphics, logos, features, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its materials.

17. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Test Myself AI at any time if we believe you violated these terms, misused the platform, engaged in unlawful activity, or created risk for the service or other users.

You may stop using the app at any time. Removing the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Test Myself AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Myself AI and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, academic outcomes, exam performance, AI inaccuracies, service interruptions, subscription verification issues, billing disputes handled by third-party platforms, or technical failures.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Test Myself AI and its developer from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the app, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions may be posted in the app or on the website.

Your continued use of Test Myself AI after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
