3. Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. You need an account to save your tests, answers, grades, progress, subscription status, and usage limits.
4. What can I use the app to study?
You can use Test Myself AI to study many topics, including school subjects, programming, language learning, certifications, interview practice, and personal learning topics.
5. Are AI-generated questions always correct?
No. AI-generated questions, answers, explanations, and feedback may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information with trusted sources, teachers, official materials, or professionals.
6. Can Test Myself AI guarantee better grades or exam results?
No. Test Myself AI is a study tool and does not guarantee academic success, certification results, exam scores, job placement, or professional outcomes.
7. How many questions can a test have?
Tests currently support between 10 and 20 questions per test.
8. What difficulty levels are available?
You can choose Easy, Medium, or Hard when creating a test.
9. Can I choose the language of the test?
Yes. You can enter the language you want, such as English US, Portuguese, Spanish, or another supported language.
10. Does the app grade my answers?
Yes. Test Myself AI can validate your answers, provide feedback, and update your test progress and grade.
11. Can I restart a test?
Yes. You can restart a test to clear your answers and practice again.
12. Can I rename or delete tests?
Yes. You can rename or delete saved tests from the side menu in the app.
13. Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free Account includes a 3-day trial and limited AI test requests.
14. What does the Pro subscription include?
The Pro Account includes expanded AI test generation with up to 25 AI test requests per day while the subscription is active.
15. How much is the Pro subscription?
The Pro subscription is currently $4.99 per month. Pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, App Store settings, promotions, or future pricing changes.
16. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
17. How do I restore purchases?
Open the Subscription screen in the app and tap Restore Purchase. If you have an active Pro subscription on your Apple ID, the app should restore your Pro access.
18. What should I do if my purchase does not activate?
Try tapping Restore Purchase on the Subscription screen. If the issue continues, contact support with your account email and a description of the problem.
19. What happens if my subscription expires?
If your Pro subscription expires or is canceled after the billing period ends, your account may automatically return to Free Account access.
20. How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the account or login flow when password reset is available. A reset email will be sent to your account email.
21. Can I update my account information?
Yes. You can update available account information such as your name and email from the Account screen.
22. Can I delete my account?
Yes. If account deletion is available in your app version, you can delete your account from the Account screen. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
23. Does Test Myself AI work offline?
No. An internet connection is required for AI test generation, answer validation, account access, syncing data, and subscription verification.
24. Is my data secure?
We use secure infrastructure and authenticated access to help protect account data, test history, answers, AI requests, and subscription status.
